- We want an AI artist who works with our directors, owns the craft, and gets credited for it

- You make the AI shots in our films, from the first generation to the final graded frame
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Look development
- Turn the director's treatment into a look: characters, worlds, light and lenses that stay consistent from shot to shot
Generation
- Generate images and video across the best current tools, and keep a log of prompts, seeds and settings for every selected shot
- Know which tool to use for which shot, and why
Previs and animatics
- Build AI previs and animatics, so clients sign off before we spend on the shoot or the render
Integration
- Upscale, clean and match AI shots so they cut with live action and stock
- Work with the editor, the online artist and the colourist on every film
Rights and honesty
- Track the source of every shot: generated, stock or shot by us
- Make sure the credits and the claims we make about a film are true
HOW WE WORK
- Chase the last 5%. We only hire people who pursue excellence. Most work stops at good enough. The last 5%, the detail nobody asked for, is where our films are made
- Move first. Start before you feel ready. A rough version today beats a perfect one next week
- Lead with the answer. Be clear, give the context, then say what you need
- Update before anyone asks. "Done", "doing it by [date]" or "stuck, here's my suggestion" are all fine. Silence never is
- Plan for the obstacle. If X goes wrong, then Y, decided in advance
- Show the number, not the story. Results over effort
- Raise the hard thing early. Flag the risk on the day you see it
