- You keep the project moving every day: timelines, task lists, feedback and revisions tracked, paperwork in on time
- You work alongside the Producer
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
The timeline
- Keep the schedule current, every day
- Flag any date at risk the day you see it
The task list
- One live list: what's open, who owns it, and when it's due
- Follow up until each item is done
Feedback and revisions
- Log every round of feedback the day it comes in
- Track each change until it's signed off
The paperwork
- Agreements, purchase orders, invoices, releases and call sheets, in on time
The daily update
- End every day with a short status: done, doing it by [date], or stuck with your suggestion
HOW WE WORK
- Move first. Start before you feel ready. A rough version today beats a perfect one next week
- Lead with the answer. Be clear, give the context, then say what you need
- Update before anyone asks. "Done", "doing it by [date]" or "stuck, here's my suggestion" are all fine. Silence never is
- Plan for the obstacle. If X goes wrong, then Y, decided in advance
- Show the number, not the story. Results over effort
- Raise the hard thing early. Flag the risk on the day you see it
