Colour is where "well shot" becomes "unforgettable." We are building a bench of freelance colorists to grade our films, and we are looking for artists whose work makes a brand look exactly as premium as it should.
This is a project-based role. The rate range shown is per grade day; final terms are agreed per project based on scope and experience.
What you'll do
- Grade TVCs, brand films and digital films to a finished, broadcast-ready standard.
- Work directly with directors, DOPs and editors to realize the intended look.
- Build and maintain looks across every cutdown and version of a film.
- Manage colour pipelines, LUTs and delivery specs across formats.
- Turn work around inside tight post schedules without dropping quality.
What we're looking for
- 4 or more years grading commercials, with a reel that speaks for itself.
- Mastery of DaVinci Resolve and a strong understanding of colour science.
- A real eye, not just technical ability. Taste is the whole job.
- Reliability and speed under real deadlines.
- Your own suite or the ability to work in ours.
Bonus points
- Experience with HDR and multi-format delivery.
- A reel including award-winning or well-known campaigns.
