The Producer is the owner of a film's day-to-day life. You take a project from the moment it lands to the moment it is delivered, holding the creative, the client, the crew and the calendar together so the director and the work never suffer.

What you'll do
- Own projects end to end, from pre-production planning through shoot and into delivery.
- Build schedules, coordinate crew, cast, locations and equipment, and keep everything on track.
- Work alongside the Line Producer on budgets and manage day-to-day spends.
- Be the point of contact for clients and agencies through the production.
- Run the floor on shoot days and solve problems before they reach the director.
- Coordinate the post-production handover and keep delivery timelines honest.
- Keep every document, permit and approval in order.
What we're looking for
- 4 to 6 years producing commercials or advertising films.
- Strong coordination, scheduling and people-management instincts.
- A cool head under pressure and genuine ownership of outcomes.
- A growing network of crew, vendors and talent in Mumbai.
- Someone who would rather fix a problem than report one.
Bonus points
- Experience on large-scale or celebrity-led productions.
- Exposure to post-production workflows.
