Every great production runs on someone who keeps the details in order, and that is where a career in production begins. The Production Coordinator keeps the machine of a shoot organized, and in doing so learns how films actually get made, from the inside.
This is an entry point for someone hungry, organized and ready to work hard alongside the best in the country.
What you'll do
- Support producers across pre-production, shoot and wrap.
- Coordinate crew, cast, vendors, travel, equipment and logistics.
- Prepare call sheets, schedules and production documents.
- Chase permits, approvals and paperwork so nothing holds up a shoot.
- Manage on-set logistics: food, transport, timings and the hundred small things that keep a day moving.
- Keep files, budget-tracking and records clean and current.
- Be wherever the production needs an extra reliable pair of hands.
What we're looking for
- 1 to 2 years in production support, or a fresher who is clearly built for this.
- Ferociously organized, detail-obsessed and dependable.
- Calm, fast and unflappable when a shoot day gets chaotic.
- A genuine desire to build a career in film production.
- No ego about doing whatever the film needs.
Bonus points
- Any prior set experience, even as an intern or on student films.
- A driving licence and familiarity with Mumbai.
