- We storyboard many of our films, and most of that work has gone outside the company
- We want someone who sits with our directors and draws the film before we shoot it
THE JOB IN ONE LINE
- You draw the film before we shoot it: storyboards, key frames and animatics that win pitches and save shoot days
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Storyboards
- Draw from the script and the director's shot list, fast and clear: framing, lens, movement and action
Pitch frames
- Draw or build the key frames for treatments, so the client sees the film we're promising
Animatics and previs
- Cut boards into timed animatics with temp sound, and use AI tools for previs where it saves time
Revisions
- Turn the director's and agency's notes around the same day
The shoot
- Hand the camera team and 1st AD boards they can shoot from
HOW WE WORK
- Chase the last 5%. We only hire people who pursue excellence. Most work stops at good enough. The last 5%, the detail nobody asked for, is where our films are made
- Move first. Start before you feel ready. A rough version today beats a perfect one next week
- Lead with the answer. Be clear, give the context, then say what you need
- Update before anyone asks. "Done", "doing it by [date]" or "stuck, here's my suggestion" are all fine. Silence never is
- Plan for the obstacle. If X goes wrong, then Y, decided in advance
- Show the number, not the story. Results over effort
- Raise the hard thing early. Flag the risk on the day you see it
